Japanese Classes

KARUTA,
one of the Japanese winter games.
January 27 / 2003

The Japanese classes offered by TIFA are organized with the help of the coordinator of international relations (CIR), the board of education, and volunteer members.

The classes are held on Tuesdays  from 15:00-16:30, at a classroom in JAIST.

At the lessons, not only do students learn Japanese, they also are introduced to Japanese culture (such as seasonal festivals).  There are special events and activities for students.
